Plotvane (“we”) operates plotvane.com and related test hosts to help creators discover demand, decode Story DNA, create original stories, and record external validation results. This policy explains how we handle account-related information.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, auth sessions, and profile fields you provide.
• Creative content: ideas, projects, story cards, Director/Cinema drafts, and validation records you submit.
• Technical logs: coarse location (country-level), device/browser type, and request metadata needed for security and abuse prevention.
• Billing metadata: if payments are enabled, order IDs, plan, and payment status are processed by a payment provider (e.g. Creem). We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To provide and improve the free creator workflow and membership entitlements.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To respond to support requests at support@plotvane.com.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure, authentication, or payment processors as needed to run the service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
