Terms of Service

By using Plotvane you agree to these Terms. Plotvane provides AI-drama discovery, Story DNA, original creation, Director planning, Cinema prep, and Validation/Decision tools. Paid auto AI video generation and Live Checkout are currently closed; we do not present closed capabilities as live paid rendering.

Accounts

You must provide a working email and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or illegal use.

IP and originality

• You retain rights in your original inputs and confirmed saved original outputs, except where law or a separate written agreement says otherwise.
• Charts and observation samples are for learning only; do not copy protected plots or assets.
• Membership tiers do not redefine ownership of your original expression.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• No sexual, child-exploitative, extremist, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal content.
• No deepfake / unauthorized face-swap used to deceive or harm.
• No bypassing quotas, safety gates, or abusing model endpoints.
• No unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or engagement manipulation.

Capability boundaries

• Live now: Explore/discovery, Story DNA, original story workflow, Director text plans, Cinema prep (zero-paid), Validation and Decision ledgers.
• Not open yet: paid Seedance / automatic MP4 generation, Creem Live Checkout, production live charges.

Billing and subscriptions

Pricing pages show Free, proposed, and ledger tiers. While Live Checkout is closed, creating an order does not charge a merchant account. If Creem payments go live later, refunds and disputes follow the Refund Policy and the payment provider’s rules; subscription cancellation will be provided when charging is enabled.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee hits, views, or commercial success. When evidence is thin we say so — we do not invent ranks or revenue.
