Refund Policy

Current status (important)

Plotvane Live Checkout is closed. Test/sandbox orders and unpaid sessions do not create a refundable merchant charge. Viewing pricing or clicking upgrade is not a payment.

If live Creem charges begin later

• Email support@plotvane.com with your order ID / account email.
• We respond within 3 business days; eligible refunds are processed via the Creem Merchant Dashboard.
• If digital membership quota was substantially consumed, we may assess a partial refund for unused value; fraud or Terms violations may be denied.
• As Merchant of Record, Creem may handle disputes/chargebacks under its policies and card-network rules.

Paid AI video

Paid automatic video generation is not open to users. There is therefore no routine “charged but no video” refund case today. If enabled later, per-generation pricing and redo rules will be shown before purchase.
